So here’s my fourth pattern of the season, and this time it’s an amigurumi. After the Ghost Ring, the Witch Cat Headphone Cover, and the Halloween charm, it’s time for Neko the ghost cat to make his debut! 🐈⬛

🎃 Inspiration 🎃
Neko is a little cat who loves to dress up as a ghost to collect as much candy as he can on Halloween. For this Halloween season, I wanted to highlight my love for cats. I’d already done this a few years ago with my Lucius, the vampire cat, who’s also a big foodie on the hunt for candy 🤭
I also wanted to create a small-scale amigurumi pattern so I could turn it into a keychain and attach it to my bag to take it with me everywhere!
👻 Technical details on Neko the ghost cat 👻
This crochet pattern is very easy and quick to make, whether you’re a beginner or not. It’s a small, quick project. I’ve also provided detailed instructions for each step so you can make it as easily as possible—and, most importantly, without stressing out!
Using the crochet pattern for Neko, the ghost cat, I was also able to give Scheepjes’ chenille yarn (Little Darling) a try for the first time—and I fell in love with it! So this pattern will be perfect if you want to create a super soft look with your chenille yarn.
I’ve created embroidery patterns for Neko the ghost cat’s mouth and whiskers, but don’t worry if you’re having trouble with it! I’ve explained everything step by step in my video and in the PDF file, so you’ll definitely be able to do it 😊

Make one ear using Color B and one using Color C,
following these steps:
R1: magic ring with 4 sc
R2: *1 Inc, 1 sc* x2 (6)
R3: *1 Inc, 2 sc* x2 (8)
R4: *1 Inc, 3 sc* x2 (10)
R5: *1 Inc, 4 sc* x2 and finish with 1 SlSt (12)
