Hello Rainbows 🌈

It’s been a few months since I last shared a new crochet pattern for a small ring, and I thought a little Halloween-themed ring would be perfect for adding that extra special touch to a costume!
So today, I’m sharing the crochet pattern for the Ghost Ring 👻

If you’d like more Halloween patterns, there are plenty available on my website!

I’m sharing this free crochet pattern for the Ghost ring with you right now below, and it’s also available in PDF format in my shop if you’d like to keep a copy!

🎃 Inspiration 🎃

My inspiration, of course, comes from Halloween. In fact, I was already inspired by Halloween for another ring I shared two years ago: the Pumpkin Ring (the free crochet pattern is also available). With these two rings, you can add a fun touch to any Halloween costume, whether for kids or adults! A little original, handmade touch 😊

This crochet pattern for the Ghost ring is another addition to my collection of crochet rings, which is starting to get quite extensive! Check out the free crochet patterns for my 8 other rings on my website! There’s something for every taste and every season 😀

👻 Technical details on the Ghost ring 👻

This crochet pattern is very easy and quick to make, whether you’re a beginner or not. I’ve also provided detailed instructions for each step so you can make it as easily as possible—and, most importantly, without any hassle!

It’s the perfect last-minute gift and accessory. The ghost ring can be crocheted in 10 minutes!

The crochet pattern for the Ghost Ring also uses very little yarn. This makes it perfect for using up those leftover balls of yarn that you don’t know what to do with.

Since it’s made of cotton, a natural material, the Ghost ring is also perfect for people with steel allergies. It’s also more suitable for children (ages 3 and up) than commercially available costume rings.

This pattern is suitable for beginner crocheters.

👻 Written explanations👻

🎃 The ring

(to be done with the 1st color of your choice)
Work in closed rows.

Make a number of chain stitches necessary to surround your finger. For me, I cast on 18 chain stitches.

R1: CH 18 and close the ring with 1 SlSt
R2: CH1 + 1 sc in the same stitch as SlSt + 17 sc (or according to the number of stitches you make) and finish with 1 SlSt to close the row (18)
R3: CH 1 + 1 sc in the same stitch as SlSt + only on the back loop -> 17 sc (or according to the number of stitches you make) and finish with 1 SlSt to close th row (18)

Fasten of and weave in ends.
